My passion for cooking started when I was a child, with my grandmothers and my mother who always allowed me to “put my hands in the dough”, a great fortune!

I grew up with the value of food and care for cooking as the highest form of love for ourselves and those we love, among the scents and colors offered by Nature in the Ferrara countryside.

I realized my passion by acquiring the following diplomas at the prestigious La Sana Gola school in Milan:

  • Chef Specializing in Macro-bio-vegan Cooking
  • Guide in Food Therapy
  • Holistic Chef

The Natural Cooking that I love, that I have studied and deepened on myself and my family, is a cooking that opens up to a wider and more complete vision of food, understood not only as a chemical molecule, macro and micronutrients, but also from an energetic point of view.

We must regain the awareness that food is the first Medicine, a condensate of energy donated by Nature that the kitchen transforms and brings inside us, that creates our body, our mind, our thoughts. It is the magic of the same Energy that feeds our very existence.

Italian regional cuisine is an explicit example of Natural Cuisine. Regional recipes are realized with local products that vary according to the seasons and the food that Nature offers us in that particular place and time of year. This creates harmony between us and the environment in which we live, bringing as a natural
consequence greater energy, physical and mental wellbeing that contribute to strengthening our health.

The Natural Cuisine that I practice is the result of modern nutritional science combined with ancient folk wisdom, which passes down food remedies and healing recipes and considers the body as a sacred temple to be safeguarded and cared for every day.

It is not about following a diet. It is about adopting a healthy and natural lifestyle, suitable for everyone, that takes us back to our dietary origins, with the addition of a few tricks and special ingredients.

I have also applied the principles of Natural cooking that I practice to my “MACROEASY DETOX” Detoxification programme, customising it with a real, practical and fast Natural cooking course: “MY MACROEASY KITCHEN.

A guide that supports healthy eating practices and offers tips for creating delicious meals, complete with recipes, for a lifetime of well-being.
